Structures from PubChem 3D conformers; summaries from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0); rendering by three.js. In the cloud view each point is a place an electron might be: brighter where it is more likely, reaching out to about each atom's van der Waals radius, so neighbouring atoms' clouds overlap as real ones do. Orbitals are hydrogen-like, scaled by Slater's rules: a textbook approximation, not a full quantum calculation.
